• Usage Data: App interactions, searches, and preferences to improve user experience
• Purchase History: Records of credit purchases and subscription activations
• Contact Information: Phone numbers provided in property listings
• Reveal History: Which contacts you have revealed

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain our real estate marketplace service
• Verify user identity and prevent fraudulent activity (device locking)
• Process credits and subscription payments
• Display property listings to potential buyers and renters
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Send important updates about your account or listings
• Respond to support requests and investigate issues
• Prevent abuse and enforce fair usage limits (3 properties per user)

3. Data Sharing

We DO NOT sell your personal information. We share data only in these cases:

• With your explicit consent: When you choose to reveal your contact to another user
• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services:
  • Supabase - Backend database and authentication (USA servers)
  • Google Authentication - Login service
  • Google AdMob - Advertising (see Section 4)
• Legal Obligations: When required by law or to protect rights and safety

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect:

• Device information (model, OS version, manufacturer)
• Advertising ID (GAID) - you can reset this in Google Settings
• App usage data and interactions with ads
• Approximate location (based on IP address)

AdMob uses this data to show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. For more information, visit Google's Advertising Policy.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Encryption of sensitive data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
• Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables
• Authentication required for all sensitive operations
• Device lock system to prevent account sharing
• Server-side credit and subscription validation (no client-side bypass)
• Phone numbers stored in separate secure table
• Regular security audits and updates

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You use our service at your own risk.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data (Settings → Delete Account)
• Correction: Update inaccurate information in your profile or listings (Edit Listing feature)
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from communications
• Lodge Complaints: Contact us or your local data protection authority

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data while your account is active. Upon account deletion:

• Personal data is permanently removed within 30 days
• All property listings are deleted
• Credits are forfeited (non-refundable)
• Anonymous usage data may be retained for analytics
• Transaction logs are retained for 7 years (legal requirement)

8. Free Credits & Subscriptions

• New users receive 3 free credits automatically
• Credits refresh every 30 days (1 credit = 1 contact reveal)
• Subscriptions provide unlimited contact reveals
• Payment verification is manual via WhatsApp
• All credit/subscription purchases are final

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

10. Location Data

We collect location information (city and area) that you voluntarily provide in your property listings. This information is displayed publicly as part of your listing. We do not collect precise GPS location without your consent. AdMob may collect approximate location based on IP address for ad targeting.

11. Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services. Please review their privacy policies:

12. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your residence, including India and the United States. We ensure adequate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
